Alba Roses

BARE ROOT MAIL ORDER ROSES NOW AVAILABLE FOR NOVEMBER 2017 DELIVERY Please note we still only sell bare rooted roses, therefore we can only dispatch them once that season begins in November 2017. Click here to see delivery information for more details.

An ancient group of roses derived from R. Canina and R. Gallica was probably introduced by the Romans. They tend to be strong growing shrubs with well scented white to pale pink flowers and few thorns. Foliage and stems tend to be greyish. Pruning Guide: Require little pruning except for the removal of very old wood once established (after flowering) and perhaps the shortening of any growths by one third in February.
